Sean is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the property industry. He has worked in leadership positions with a number of the leading firms of property advisers in Ireland in a number of industry sectors providing him with a wide range of property knowledge and experience.
 
Early in his career, in addition to advice in rent review, valuation and asset management, Sean pioneered ground breaking research in the Industrial market in Dublin which was published quarterly in Business and Finance magazine. More recently, as a Property Investment Adviser, he has advised many leading Companies and Investment Funds.
 
He advised Tesco on the sale of their Distribution Centre in Donabate as well as the sale of Wilton Shopping Centre in Cork and the proposed disposals of Golden Island Shopping Centre in Athlone and Artaine Castle Shopping Centre in Dublin as well as a portfolio of stores on a Sale and Leaseback basis.
 
Sean also advised AIB on the successful sale and leaseback of 25 branches throughout Ireland. On behalf of Royal Liver Assurance he disposed of Dublin City Centre office and retail portfolios as well as their Naas Road Retail Park.
 
Sean has had articles published in many of the national newspapers as well as business magazines and journals.
